What material is the jewelry made of?

All our products are made of 925 sterling silver, are handmade in Germany and personalized according to your wishes.

I have not received an order confirmation. Will my order still be processed?

If you haven't received an order confirmation from us, an error has probably crept into your email.

When will sold-out items be back in stock?

Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact date when sold-out items will be available again. Normally this takes 1-2 weeks. However, we will keep you regularly informed about news about our articles via our social media channels. Follow us here on Instagram.

What if a stone falls off?

In order to be able to guarantee you the best quality, our zirconia stones are carefully set by hand and then the entire piece of jewelery is gold-plated. However, should it happen that the piece of jewelry you received has a stone that has fallen off, please contact us and we will take care of your request immediately.

How should I clean my products?

With the included microfiber cloth, you can regularly remove sweat and perfume residue from your jewelry.
