You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and send it back to us undamaged. Personalized products made for you are excluded.
Send the items via a shipping service provider (we recommend DHL) of your choice to the following address:
Please make sure that you send the package back to us with insurance and proof of shipment. When we have received your return and it has been booked, you will receive an e-mail from us with information about the credit. The credit amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method used for the order.
The buyer has to bear the costs for the return.
If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return.
There is no right to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for items that have been clearly worn.
Note : Yasira Mae is not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of postage and send your return insured with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
